What We Collect
Account Information: Email address, name, and company details when you sign up. We need to know who's operating the system.
Container Data: The emails you forward to us containing arrival notices, release information, and shipping documents. This is the core of what we process.
Usage Data: How you interact with our dashboard—which features you use, when you log in. This helps us build better tools.
How We Use It
Parse container numbers, dates, and details from your forwarded emails
Send you LFD warnings before demurrage fees hit
Show you patterns in your shipment data (only visible to you)
Train our AI to better understand carrier formats (anonymized)
Who Sees Your Data
You. Obviously.
Your team. If you invite them to your workspace.
Our infrastructure. We use secure cloud providers (AWS, Vercel) to host and process data. They're bound by strict data processing agreements.
No one else. We don't sell data. We don't share it with "partners." We don't monetize your container movements.
Security
Encrypted in Transit
TLS 1.3 for all connections
Encrypted at Rest
AES-256 for stored data

Data Retention
We keep your container data for 90 days after the Last Free Day passes—enough time for you to handle disputes or audit your operations.
Account data persists while your account is active. Delete your account, and we purge everything within 30 days.
Anonymized, aggregated insights (like "average LFD compliance rates") may be retained indefinitely to improve our service.
Your Rights
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. That's it.
No tracking cookies. No advertising pixels. No creepy "we noticed you looked at containers" retargeting.
Analytics? We use privacy-focused tools that don't track individuals.
